Dear friends,
We are writing from Serbia where mass arresting of members of democratic
opposition parties and NGO-s as well as closing of independent media is just
culminating. Hundreds of people are arrested only today and there ara
threats that more people will be arrested soon. We are facing repression
higher than ever. At the same time we are out of any information, including
what is happening in our own town and the country in the whole. Our messages
are blocked, providers are stopping them so we are not even sure that you
will get our message.

Please spread this information to as many as possible people.
